Class Schedules:

5:30 AM-6:30 AM  M, W, F
6:45 AM – 7:45 AM M, W, F
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM M, W, TH

Boot Camp participants can receive a comprehensive fitness assessment  for $30 to help them set goals as they begin Boot Camp. You can receive one at the end of the session for $20 so you can see how far you have come.  The assessment lasts for 1/2 hour and is a personal assessment.  Pam measures weight, body fat, water percentage, assessment for heart strength, upper body strength, lower body strength, core strength and balance.

Every workout is different and is based on balance, core strength, muscle strength, and then power speed and agility gradually take you from where you are now to progress continually throughout your bootcamp training experience.

Participants also receive nutrition guidance with Bootcamp Strong’s nutrition plan called “Fuel to be Fit”.  Pam created a book for this which boot campers love because it is in binder form and they can add to it every session if they want.

Boot Camp has participants that range in age from 16 to 76!  All it takes is one simple thing, a desire to improve yourself.
